Large Black & Red Utility Knife
This is a one off design that is most suited for kitchen duty, but its simple and effective geometry offers versatility in a number of uses. This is a great general use tool with a thin edge and sturdy spine; Its best uses would be carving or filleting proteins, but your imagination is its only limit.
The handle for this blade has an unusual reclaimed red fibre material that is very dense. Along with the G10 and bronze liners, the handle provides a sturdy feeling to an otherwise very light knife.
Please not this knife does not* include an inlaid makers mark. Because this is a one off, the design did not allow space for out current emblem. All knives ship with a certificate of authenticity.
